Skylar Henson
Principal / Chief Pilot
With a strong background in tail wheel aircraft and World War II trainers,
Skylar went to work for Cessna Aircraft in Experimental Engineering from 2008 to 2014. Traveling off site supporting flight test to complete certification programs like Scorpion Jet, Latitude, CJ4, Sovereign+ & Grand Caravan 208B.
Primary duties were to equipping prototype Citations with data acquisition systems for flight simulation data and FAA certification. Five years as a Textron flight instructor. Now owner and chief pilot in the aviation marketplace including corporate jet clientele, mentoring, and deliveries.

Her eye for appearance is valuable. When it comes to ensuring aircraft detailing and cleanliness, she has it covered. Presentation is everything to our elite aircraft owners so this is a high priority. All the way down to aircraft stock and offsite gear prep,

Jessica is a dedicated coordinator for Mach Aviation, bringing with her a lifelong background in aviation and a passion for flight. She plays a key role in keeping the company’s activities organized and efficient.
